The Senior Supervisor Contract provides the implementation of contract functions and manage a group of Contract Specialists while promoting and maintaining a healthy and safe environment for everyone at work.
Reporting to the Manager Contract and based on Jakarta Head Office on a 5 / 2 roster, you will work collaboratively towards delivering high quality solutions and results.

To manage contract functions, supervise and manage a group of Contract Specialists, coordinate contracts administration activities for tender and awarding process, respond to contract performance issues, contribute to Thiess corporate objectives Manage and responsible for supervising a group of Contract Specialist in performing daily activities / job tasks, achieving team goals and meet the objectives Reviewing tender and contract documents to ensure the necessary term and conditions are all incorporated.
Analysing all required analysis to ensure it is the most favourable option to the Company. Accept responsibility and be accountable for actions

Periodically review operational procedures to assure maintenance of confidentiality of both document files and data systems Justify Tender cost savings Liaise with Project and Ops Managers on any contractual issues Latest news Negotiate with suppliers on contractual disputes ASX announcements Monitor Supplier & Subcontractor performances during contract period (6 monthly subcontractor / supplier evaluation reports) Media contact details Monitor continues feedback and decisions from contract specialist in assisting user for contractual issues Publications Videos Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economy, Civil, Mechanical and / or Industrial Engineering with 3-
knowledge of tendering process, business contract drafting, purchasing experience Knowledge of Tendering process, Business Contract Drafting, Purchasing Experiences, Negotiation and Communication Skills.
