Assigned to a particular territory or a specific partner, our teams are dedicated to driving sales of Dell products, systems and services.

The focus is on getting the very best from a host of indirect sales channels. From value-added resellers to distributors and retailers, it’s about finding what works and constantly exploring ways to make it work even better.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish sales through management of Partners / Distributors sales teams Attains Quota Quarter revenue
  • Ensures brand values are maintained
  • Provides direction, development and inspiration to Team Local Members / Local Branch Distributors
  • Manages the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce
  • Drive sales strategies and sales promotion campaigns
  • Customarily and regularly engaged at client facilities
  • Directly manages Quota attainment and may manage subordinate
  • Geographic or small country Region of responsibility
  • Interprets and drives focus for outside team / Local Distributor Branch, and helps sets focus of vertical / horizontal Distribution Coverage
  • Interacts and works across business functions
  • Understands complexities of the environment and works to solve routine business issues
  • Essential Requirements

  • Typically 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience ·
  • Typically requires 4+ years in Middle managerial / leadership experience level
