Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish sales through management of Partners / Distributors sales teams Attains Quota Quarter revenueEnsures brand values are maintainedProvides direction, development and inspiration to Team Local Members / Local Branch DistributorsManages the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforceDrive sales strategies and sales promotion campaignsCustomarily and regularly engaged at client facilitiesDirectly manages Quota attainment and may manage subordinateGeographic or small country Region of responsibilityInterprets and drives focus for outside team / Local Distributor Branch, and helps sets focus of vertical / horizontal Distribution CoverageInteracts and works across business functionsUnderstands complexities of the environment and works to solve routine business issues
Essential RequirementsTypically 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience ·Typically requires 4+ years in Middle managerial / leadership experience level
