Summary of Responsibilities
A Receptionist, working on rotating shifts, is in charge of creating positive guest experience at the front office area upon check-
in and check-out as well as handling front office business transactions efficiently in accordance with the established standards.
Candidates for this position must be team players who are genuinely passionate about serving guests, at all times thoughtfully focusing on anticipating and exceeding their expectations.
They must be able to interact confidently with guests in a naturally friendly and engaging manner, to work fast as well as to deal with complaints patiently in order to turn them into positive experiences.
To be successful in the job, candidates must be able to speak and write in English and to operate common computer applications for the job.
Diploma in Hotel Administration is preferred.
Candidates must have authorization to work in Indonesia and enjoy the vibrant city life of Jakarta.
