Responsibilities : A. Receptionist

A. Receptionist

Receive and route incoming and outgoing telephone calls

Greet visitors and determine the nature of their visit

Booking & monitoring meeting rooms

Organizing and distributing mail, receiving and sending courier packages

B. General Affairs (GA) Admin

Managing office operational like : Stationaries(ATK), Water Supply, Office billing, Driver Cash Advance, etc

Reporting monthly Employee Attendance record

Create Purchase Order for office facilities as needed

Documentation of office documents

Requirements :

Diploma of Administration / Management / Human Resources / Secretary

Familiar with MS Excel (Spreadsheet)

Good command in English

Shows Customer Service Orientation, good interpersonal relationship and able to work as team

Willing to work overtime

Had workingexperience as receptionist or GA Staff is advantage

Note :

Placement in Pancoran, Jakarta Selatan

PKWT / Contract for 6 months
