Medical Sales Executive - Surabaya

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

DEVELOP AND GROW KEY ACCOUNT

  • Target Key Account in line with go-to-market and marketing strategies
  • Build the relationship with key account stakeholders through visits (calls)
  • Draft and negotiate contracts supported by Field Account Manager
  • Maintain the relationship with the stakeholders and grow the account sales
  • SALES ACTIVITIES

  • Prepare the visit plan (call plan) according to marketing and sales objectives
  • Ensure that high potential customers are covered following assignment, and that their key stakeholders are met frequently enough in a productive manner
  • Ensure achievement of sales objectives (sales targets)
  • COMPLEMENTARY ACTIVITIES

  • Communicate with distributor to ensure stock availability and that distribution has been carried out correctly to the customers
  • Attend and actively participate in meetings and programs as assigned, such as Round Table Discussions (RTD), Product Presentation (PP), etc.
  • and support marketing promotional activities

  • Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and doctors, pharmacists and other stakeholders who may play a role in the decision-
  • making process of key-account

    HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT (HSE)

  • Ensure HSE application in daily activities at the highest standards byProviding a valid driver licenseChecking vehicle safety for drivingMonitoring vehicle routing service and maintenance based on HSE guidelines
  • POSITION KEY OBJECTIVES AND CHALLENGES

  • Meet sales targets and maximize territory sales achievements
  • Monitor closely competition activities
  • Complete the visit objectives in line with Marketing and Sales guidelines
  • Coordinate effectively with distributors
  • Prepare, support and / or present RTD, PP and marketing activities
  • Maintain a good relationship with key stakeholders
  • EDUCATION

  • Preferably graduates of Medical, Pharmacy or Biological degrees
  • EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE

  • Experience with products in categories / areas concerned
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Medical Representative
  • Priority for who have PEDFI certificate
  • LI-SEA
