For this role, you will :Manage daily operation of the centre and ensure centre is operational / functionalLead and train a team of Community Executives to provide exceptional customer service that gives a WOW’ factor to our membersManage the centre P&LHandle walk-in enquiries and guestsManage members’ check-ins and check-outsManages events at the centre including creating awareness of the event to our membersHandles member-related queries and issues, and ensure satisfaction level of our members are highMaintains a cohesive and vibrant communityLead VIP visits or tours around the centreMaintain good relationship with vendors and building managementPrepare monthly centre related reportsAssist and provide general day to day administrative support
Requirements :Pleasant personality with strong operations and management skillsExcellent verbal communication skillsResult and client oriented with multi-tasking capabilitiesClient-focused with the desire to work within a service industryDegree qualified is highly desirableExperience in co-working, serviced office or related industry an advantage
