  • Responsible in achieving the targets in terms of # of customers & GWP across AXA Indonesia Entities
  • Lead, follow, implement & monitor the projects to ensure they reach the target
  • Build trustful relationships with key stakeholders across Entities (ASI, MAGI, AGI, AFI, AMFS) from different departments (Distribution, Operations, Product/Finance, Legal, etc) to co-build the business models & value proposition to help the Entities to achieve their target
  • QUALIFICATIONS Technical skills : Appetite for business development Strong project management skills Good understanding of insurance protection from GI/Health/Life Fluent in English (writing & speaking) and Bahasa (writing & speaking) Mastering the office pack (Excel, ppt)

    Soft skills : Customer centric mindset Good interpersonal & communication skills Opened mindset Ability to challenge itself & key stakeholders to build valuable solutions to the clients Resilience Proactive Diligent in the execution
