REQUIREMENT :

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent from reputable university, MBA or Postgrad degree (desirable)
  • At least 5 years in Sales Management (Account or Field Sales Management) - KA management or Channel Development. FMCG background is preferred
  • Fluency in English language, written and spoken communication also strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY :

  • This role (KAM) will directly report to the Modern Trade Head
  • Responsible for growing JTI sales, share of market and manage account's profitability of JTI KA customers and optimizing investment within these customers by developing account's strategy, plan and budget
  • Responsible to negotiate, implement and evaluate annual or longer Trading Term Agreements', Trade Programs, Product Listing and other key project initiatives with specified KA customers
  • Leverage all relevant internal and external resources and information in order to achieve all agreed objectives following a defined Category Management approach when relevant
  • Work closely with other M&S and other department in HQ and Area Offices to maximize co-ordination, program effectiveness and excellence executions.
  • Territory specialization may be required specific accounts, thus strategy and plan shall be developed in line with Territory strategy and aligned with Field Force area team prior program execution

  • Managing and controlling assigned budget (top down) and with specific attention to ensure optimal ROI and ROO. Budget and P&L review to be done in regular basis to ensure on track account's investment and profitability
