ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY :This role (KAM) will directly report to the Modern Trade HeadResponsible for growing JTI sales, share of market and manage account's profitability of JTI KA customers and optimizing investment within these customers by developing account's strategy, plan and budgetResponsible to negotiate, implement and evaluate annual or longer Trading Term Agreements', Trade Programs, Product Listing and other key project initiatives with specified KA customersLeverage all relevant internal and external resources and information in order to achieve all agreed objectives following a defined Category Management approach when relevantWork closely with other M&S and other department in HQ and Area Offices to maximize co-ordination, program effectiveness and excellence executions.
Territory specialization may be required specific accounts, thus strategy and plan shall be developed in line with Territory strategy and aligned with Field Force area team prior program executionManaging and controlling assigned budget (top down) and with specific attention to ensure optimal ROI and ROO. Budget and P&L review to be done in regular basis to ensure on track account's investment and profitability
