Job Title

HR Recruitment & Learning Development


  • Actively engage with the Service Line Heads to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Continuously brainstorm, research and reach out to new channels for qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with Service Line Heads to conceptualize clear job descriptions.
  • Participate in candidate shortlisting, interviewing, selection process and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications.
  • Create a database of diverse talent pools of qualified candidates across a range of skills and experience in line with the profiles required for the business.
  • Coordinate the employment contract preparation and offer / negotiation process and address any queries.
  • Manage recruitment activities through WORKDAY system to ensure information is current and accurate.
  • Generalist & Learning Development


  • Perform full spectrum of HRM support to the business, with specific focus on recruitment.
  • Scope includes but not limited to : recruitment and on-boarding; employee relations; data administration; performance management;
  • compensation and benefit management; training and development; and staff exits.

  • Assist in updating HR policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with prevailing statutory regulations.
  • Attend to HR related issues and / or enquiries.
  • Provide professional advice to Service Line Heads on HR related matters.
  • Provide recommendations and support in formulating and implementing new HR initiatives and strategies for the local Service Lines.
  • Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the company
  • Learning & Development :

  • Deliver New Staff Orientation Program (coordinate onboarding process and ensure implementation of a comprehensive orientation program) and maintain the new staff handbook / manuals as guidance for new staff in understanding the Company’s culture, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist in managing and monitoring the implementation of the Company’s Global Performance Management Program (Global PMP) and provide support to all staff on understanding the Global PMP system.
  • Monitor the implementation of Individual Development Plan of all staff and initiate improvement activities if necessary.
  • Organize, monitor and support the implementation of C&W e-Learning.
  • Evaluate training facilitators / vendors performance and effectiveness of training programs; provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Work with the Service Line Heads to identify training needs or develop new training programs. This will include organizing training programs to achieve the required outputs.
  • Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • Proven track record with at least 5 years of HR work experience, preferably in an multi national company's environment and with a focus in recruitment.
  • Good knowledge of human resources management and best practices.
  • Good knowledge of local labor laws and legal requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in spoken and written in English.
  • Able to communicate well with all levels of employee.
  • Able to multi-task & a good team player.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent computer literacy in Microsoft Office application, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
