Customer Service and Administration
1. Dealing with customers face-to-face through our digital lounge facility
2. Cover the reception desk
3. Become a liason between Customer and the related division within the Company
4. Develop and maintain a filing system both manual and computerized
5. Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
6. Write letters, emails, and contract on behalf of other office staff
7. Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events / workshops
