Responsibilities :To report or escalate technical issues coordinated with other divisionsTo ensure customer satisfaction in specific tasks given by supervisor or company in generalTo manage all correspondences from various channels (email, Whatsapp text, phone call, chat, etc)To educate customers about Bridestory products and its features, inc. assist them technically in step-by-step throughout Bridestory platformTo schedule an appointment or / and visit to customers when it comes to higher level of problem / issue.
Requirements :Good communication skills (both verbal and non-verbal)Good English and Indonesian skills (both spoken and written)Attention to detailsAble to present a persuasive mannerOpen minded and confidentMultitasking-personLove challenge (able to work under pressure)Good analytical skillDynamic and creative personalityGood team workerPreferably min. 1 year experience, but fresh graduate is welcomed to applyPreferably Bachelor degree in communication or related fields
