Here’s what you’ll be doing to lead Agency and Client growthManaging one large regional / global Integrated client and / or a portfolio of clients’ businessesNurturing and growing key senior client relationships by being a trusted advisor to senior client management and working as an objective insider and advocate for the entire client organization.Constantly hunting for organic new business growthLeading client thinking on strategy development and providing targeted, actionable insightsUnderstanding the agency business model and identifying and utilizing all Agency resources to produce exceptional results for the client.Partnering with discipline and capabilities leads to ensure delivery on our OS Make Brands Matter’ promiseManaging client P&L, business growth and an operating target margin of 60%Keeping your eye on client satisfaction metrics and associated performance measures.Generating ideas and actions that produce tangible business results.Partnering with PM Director’s to ensure appropriate resources are available to drive client growthManaging integrated agency teams of 10+, inspiring and motivating action across departments and disciplines; fostering teamwork.Attracting and retaining core talent and managing others to their maximum potential; developing and maintaining high levels of team effectiveness and satisfaction (target below 20% attrition)Working closely with HR on performance reviews and goal setting for your team; setting aggressive yet achievable performance goals for self and others.Cultivating an atmosphere that embraces diversity and inclusion within the team and agency.
QualificationsAt least 11 years of experience, including 7+ years of supervisory experience.Digitally fluent, with an understanding of the complex, fragmented media landscapeDeep and thorough understanding of Ogilvy’s portfolio, using all available capabilities to drive annual client growth of 3-5%Strong business & financial acumenThe client’s gatekeeper; ensuring creative excellence / outputDivinely discontent with the status quo, an agent for changeStrong networker of both internal and external talentAuthentically passionate about the work, your team and our businessStudent of life, naturally curious and early adopter
