Summary of Responsibilities
The Banquet Coordinator provides administrative assistance to the Banquet Manager and the Food and Beverage management team with the ultimate goal to achieve the desired business results in the areas of colleague engagement, product and service excellence, and business prudence in accordance with the company’s operating criteria and performance expectations.
The person is responsible for preparing Banquet Event Order, food tags, compiling all expense record and monitoring schedules.
