Roles and Responsibilities :Develop and execute 3 year sales and marketing strategic plan and annual plan to drive sustainable double digit growth of Beverage &Brewery segment across the region.Own market research include Voice of the Business and Voice of the Customer in order to gain the customer insight and develop the key customer requirement for both present and future needsConduct and refine the market research through various methods e.g. situational analysis, market size, biz trends and drivers.
Utilize various channels to complete this task e.g. research through website, field trip / market visit etc.Develop and execute Segment intelligence (market, customer, competitor)Own new product introduction e.g. launch package preparation, drive internal process through specification systems in coordination with related parties.
Drive the innovations to meet sales target.Develop, own and manage 3 year Innovation pipeline through Phase & Gate process.Align with other functional teams to drive customer-specific value propositionsLead cross-functional teams with partners in R&D, Supply Chain, Logistics, Regulatory, etc to execute program launchesConnect with Regional Bev & Brew Marketing leader and with other markets in Asia Pacific to align strategies and to identify shared opportunities.Partner with other marketers in the team to drive strategic focus and execution, including the Portfolio Manager to streamline Bev & Brew product range, and Marketing Communication team to organize Bev & Brew event (seminar, conference, CRM etc).Serve as functional hub to help address requests as needed, for example support Sales team needs and initiatives, collaborate with Supply Chain and / or Regulatory, partner with Finance
